Are guests under 21 allowed after 7pm during private rentals?
Are guests under 21 allowed after 7pm during private rentals?
Yes, during a private rental any time of day all ages are welcome. If your party ends after 7pm on a day that we re-open to the public, any minors would have to vacate once we open the doors back up to the public.
Is outside food or beverages allowed during a rental?
Unfortunately any outside food or drinks are not allowed during any type of rental. We do make an exception for desserts (cake, ice cream, cookies etc.) If you are reserving the building for a private event and have a specific non-alcoholic beverage (lemonade/ice tea/soda) in mind that you would like a large dispenser that guests to have access to, we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate so individual beverage purchases are reduced.
Will non-party guests be on the golf course during Loft Rentals?
Yes, during Loft Rentals walk-in customers will also be allowed to and be playing on the golf course at any time. We will prioritize rental guests who would like to golf but the course is available to anyone while we are open.
If a reservation is made can it be canceled or rescheduled?
While we do require a 50% deposit to reserve a rental date/time that is non-refundable for cancellations, we are more than happy to reschedule the rental to another date or time in the event your party cannot make it.
What is the maximum capacity for full building rentals?
Our building has a max. capacity of 75 and we currently have approx 68 seats in the building.
Can party guests order their own food and drinks during the rental?
Guests can pay and order their own drinks at any time during the rental; however, the food will need to be placed as a group order no later than 48 hours prior to the event. If you would like to divide the total food order amongst others in the party that is more than welcome and something we can facilitate. Unfortunately, with a large party, and everyone arriving in such a short time window, we cannot take individual orders as it creates a likely potential that some guests may not get their food until the end of the party and does not allow us the ability to prepare accordingly.
